currently on repeat on my iPhone: George Strait, Give it Away

currently on repeat in my car: Pink, Glitter in the Air

Between George Strait and Pink there is a song that covers every mood.

And for everything else there is Taylor Swift

mislead music taste.

At work the other day, I was listening to music on my phone when I stumbled on a few songs by Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel. Wikipedia told me that Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel are a band from the early 80's. I was taken aback by how much I like them. When I got home to Itunes, I did a little research only to find out that the band I had was not infact Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel. It was this gal:

Kathleen Freewin

I had picked up her CD at a show of hers I went to at Velour a few months ago. She is local. She is amazing.

Dear Kathleen,

Can we be friends?

Eleven days ago i was here..

With these people.

Feeling every possible emotion.

And loving all of it!!

Being young and reckless is a rarity for emd and kmd, but it felt so good.

miss, need, love

i miss this.

I loved those days, where everybody sat around laughing, crying, or talking about my dad. I never feel comfortable talking about him very much, but in those days I did.

i need him.

There is no more to say than he is my hero and I am his. And I want to see him and hold his hand.

I love them.

While on vacation, I NEVER get excited about coming back to Provo, never ever. But all christmas break I was actually EXCITED to come back and see this girls. They brighten my day and make me laugh and cry. I am way grateful for them.
